The famous Choir, Ballet and Orchestra of the Russian Army of St. Petersburg’s Military District are back! This extraordinary ensemble has managed to keep the most pure essences of Russian folklore alive through the years and is known as the "first peace army" around the world. During the two biggest struggles of the last century, the Russian Choir and Ballet went to all the fronts and hospitals, bringing songs of hope and love to Russian soldiers. After the victory those voices became one of the most famous Russian shows in the world. At the same time, their long and frequent tours around the world gave them the opportunity to get to know other folklores and other forms of popular music that would gradually complete their varied repertoire.

However, Russian popular songs still remain the main attraction of the program. Thanks to the many musical recordings they have done throughout Asia, America and Europe, songs like Dark Eyes, Kalinka or The Boatmen of the Volga, have now turned into classics.

The ballet consists of extraordinary artists, both male and female. Some of them are even real acrobats. With their dazzling costumes, original choreography and their incredible talent for dancing, they reach sincere moments of authentic emotion and beauty.
